We are so excited that you want to join us at Camp Kids Place this summer!
When registration goes live, spots are given on a first-come, first-served basis - and space tends to fill up very quickly! If you don't get a spot in the initial registration, another great way to get into a session at Camp is by putting your camper's name on our waitlists for as many weeks as you are interested in. Tuition for camp is $385 per session, except for the
4-day week (July 1st-5th) which will cost $308.

Camp Tuition is
Non-Refundable
Due to the highly competitive nature of spots at Camp Kids Place, each session of camp is non-refundable. As such, we ask that you carefully consider your summer schedule before registering with us and only register for weeks you know you will be able to attend. Please see below for our Transfer Policy.
Waitlists
Waitlists are available for each week of Camp once a week is full. Should another family request to transfer their child's camp session to someone else, you'll be in line to take their spot!
Preparing for Registration
New CampDoc Users

Click the "Register Now!" button

Click the SIGN UP button.

In the Email box, type your email address in order to confirm.

In the Password box, type the password that you want to use.

Click the CONTINUE button.

Follow the instructions to create your profile, and then log into your new profile using the above link Saturday morning to register.
Returning CampDoc Users

Click the "Register Now!" button

In the Email box, type your email address.

In the Password box, type the password previously created.

Click the LOG IN button.

If you forget your password, type your email address and click the “Forgot Your Password” button.
You will then need to select your desired session(s) and submit payment information. Required questions will be marked with an asterisk (*) and outlined in red. After registering for the sessions, you will be asked to upload our required health documents and input contact and further information to your CampDoc account. If you're on a phone/tablet, you can take a picture to upload the Virginia State Health Document (you will find a link to the template within your CampDoc account).
Keep in mind that you can return to app.campdoc.com at any time to make updates to your participant’s health information or make any remaining tuition payments before the summer begins. You can log in using the email address and password you previously created. We’re excited to let you know that your participant’s health information will be saved from year-to-year, so once you complete it in CampDoc for your first season, you won’t have to start from scratch again next year.
Additionally, CampDoc sends out periodic reminder emails for outstanding balances and incomplete health profile information. These notifications come from campdoc.com, so please add this to your safe sender list to avoid accidental delivery to junk and spam folders.

Transfer Policy
Tuition for camp sessions, whether paid in part or full, is non-refundable. If you find that your camper will not be able to attend a session for which they are registered, your camper's session may be handled in one of two ways:
1. You may transfer your camper's session to another child on the waiting list for that session.
2. You may transfer your camper's session to another child in your personal network who will take your camper's place.
In either case, the child taking your camper's session must be eligible to replace them on the same team and on the same week.
A fee of $30.00 will be assessed for each transfer, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
To initiate a transfer, please submit a cancellation request via CampDoc, and reach out to Aaron at aarontodd@campkidsplace.com if you wish to make a direct transfer to someone in your network (Option 2 above).
